Just like for the upcoming fourth seminar of the High Studies for Security and Defence, the general theme of the third seminar was ‘Instability factors in international politics’. We discussed, among other things, the proliferation of biological, nuclear, small and light weapons, as well as the concept of ‘hybrid warfare’.
The event indicated by the auditors to be the highlight of the entire seminar was, however, the debate on migration with two former secretaries of state: Theo Francken et Sammy Mahdi.
