As every last week of September, the first module of the EU CSDP High Level Course took place in our Frank De Winne conference room.
Highlights of this session, named after Otto von Habsburg, included the speech by our Chief of Defence, but certainly also the debate between General Robert BRIEGER (CEUMC) and Admiral Robert BAUER (NATO CMC).
It is also noteworthy that this was Lieutenant-Colonel de Hemptinne’s last week on active duty.
We sincerely thank him for the six years during which he always organised the first module of the High Level Course in an exemplary manner.
