Anahita SABOURI

Biography
Anahita Sabouri is a researcher in the ‘Non-Arab Muslim World’ domain at the Centre for Security and Defence Studies (CSDS).
Anahita has a multidisciplinary background: she has worked at different universities, including the College of Europe in Bruges, ULB (Université libre de Bruxelles), UCLouvain and the Saint-Louis campus of UCLouvain in Brussels, where she was a teaching assistant for the geopolitics course on the history of international relations. Before joining the CSDS, Anahita was a programme manager in the humanitarian field, focusing on education projects for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
Anahita holds an MA in translation and interpreting, an MA in political sciences, an MA in international relations (diplomacy and conflict resolution), an interdisciplinary MA in European studies and an MA in international law (conflicts and security). She also obtained a teaching degree and took a course in project management.
